Natural yoghurt with apples and agave syrup
- Pur Natur natural yoghurt
- 1 Jonagold apple
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 50 g Pur Natur fresh churned butter
Peel the apple and cut into wedges. Cook the apple over medium heat with some butter. Sprinkle over some sugar and let it caramelise. Serve with the yoghurt and some agave syrup.
