French raisin toast with vanilla yoghurt
- 500 g Pur Natur yoghurt vanilla
- 100 ml Pur Natur fresh milk
- 4 eggs
- 8 slices of raisin bread
- 50 g Pur Natur fresh churned butter
Beat the eggs with the milk and the yoghurt. Steep the sliced bread in the mixture. Fry until crisp and golden brown in some butter over medium heat. Serve with some additional yoghurt and sugar to taste.
