Fruit with sour cream and nuts

A delicious breakfast

What you need:

  • 300g mixed blueberries (frozen fruit works just as well)
  • 60g roasted hazelnuts
  • 200g Pur Natur sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Give the blueberries a short blast in the blender.
Mix the roasted hazelnuts with the teaspoonful of cinnamon.
Make a base with a couple of spoonfuls of Pur Natur sour cream, then spoon the fruit mixture on top of it and then add the nuts. Top if off with more Pur Natur sour cream and garnish with a few more nuts.
