Creamy leek macaroni



Cook the macaroni in salted water. Dice the leek and finely dice the garlic. Melt the butter and sautée the garlic and the bacon. Add the leek after a few minutes. Sauté everything until the leeks are soft. Then add in the peas and the fresh cream. Sauté for a few minutes, then season with pepper. Drain the macaroni, combine everything and serve.
