Grilled Apples with Caramel Skyr Sauce


  • 150g Pur Natur Skyr yoghurt
  • 150 ml water
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 apples
  • Groundnut oil


Cut the apples into slices. Lightly sprinkle the slices with oil and grill them using a griddle pan.
Bring water and sugar to a boil and reduce until a light caramel forms.
Remove from heat and stir in the Skyr yoghurt.
Serve the grilled apple slices with caramel sauce and an additional dollop of Skyr.
