Watermelon pizza with fresh fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 watermelon
  • Pur Natur natural yoghurt
  • Summer fruits (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, currants)
  • A few mint leaves
  • Pistachios

Instructions

Cut the melon into pretty (triangular) wedges.
Spoon a little yoghurt on each piece.
Dress with the summer fruits and finish with a little mint and crumbled pistachios.
