Toasted oat flakes and hazelnuts with pomegranate fruit yoghurt


  • Pur Natur pomegranate yoghurt 500g
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 60 g hazelnuts
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp water


Pre-heat the oven to 160°C. Crush the nuts and mix them with the oat flakes, the maple syrup and the water. Arrange them on a baking tray and bake until golden brown for 25 min. Meanwhile remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Serve with the yoghurt.
