- 350 g Pur Natur Greek style yoghurt
- 1 cucumber
- 2 cloves garlic
- a bunch of dill
- 100 g walnuts
- salt and pepper
Wash the cucumber and grate it coarsely. Add the yoghurt and the minced garlic. Chop the dill and the nuts. Add to the yoghurt mixture and season with salt and pepper.
You can also turn this into a chilled soup by adding water and some olive oil.
