Buckwheat pancakes
Ingredients
- 130 g Pur Natur Greek style yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 100 g buckwheat flour
- pinch of salt
- 30 g caster sugar
- 30 g Pur Natur fresh churned butter (melted)
- 100 g Pur Natur milk
- Pur Natur fresh churned butter (and oil) for baking the pancakes
Instructions
Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff. Mix the yolks with all the other ingredients and the melted butter and beat until completely smooth. Fold in the egg whites. Cook the pancakes over high heat. Put some butter (and oil) in the pan for each pancake.
