Red cabbage soup with sour cream
Ingredients
- Pur Natur sour cream
- 1 tbsp Pur Natur fresh churned butter
- 1/4 red cabbage
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 carrots
- 1 leek, white part only
- 2 l vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Wash the vegetables and chop them into pieces. Cook them, until glassy, in one tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the stock, cover and cook until done. Mix the soup and season with salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream.
